- Honey to taste
- Chia to taste
- Start by peeling all the pineapple, when it is peeled cut into slices and set aside.
- In a bowl add the sugar and cinnamon and mix to combine.
- Take the pineapple slices one by one and pass the sugar-cinnamon mixture all over the slice, do this process with all slices.
- Then just put it on the electric or charcoal grill to roast, when you're ready, if you prefer, add chia and honey on top.
