- Potato1 kg
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Olive oil5 teaspoon
- Cut each unpeeled potato into 4 pieces (canoe cut).
- Boil water with 1 tablespoon of salt, add the potatoes and cook for 4 minutes. Drain and let rest.
- In a bowl, mix the oil, salt, paprika, crushed garlic and oregano.
- Toss the potatoes in the oil and seasoning mixture.
- In a shape or refractory greased with oil, accommodate the potatoes one next to the other.
- Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven (200º) for 30 minutes or until golden.
