- powdered milk20 g
- butter40 g
- dry yeast15 g
- warm milk490 ml
- In a bowl place the dry ingredients, then the liquids, add the milk slowly and stir.
- Remove from the basin and knead it well, return it to the basin and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Then knead more and make balls, make the rolls, grease a shape with oil and place the rolls, let them rise until they double in volume.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden, as soon as you brush margarine on top.
- Note: I didn't put gem on top
