- Grated or chopped mozzarella200 g
- Shredded or chopped ham200 g
- Sour cream (box)1 unit(s)
- Onion cream (envelope)1 unit(s)
- Cut the buns like an accordion and set aside.
- In a bowl add the mozzarella, ham, onion cream and sour cream and mix well.
- If it's too thick, add a little water, it needs to be a creamy mixture.
- Place the stuffing between the slices of bread and spread some on top as well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until the cheese melts and the breads are lightly browned, approximately 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, separate the slices of bread and enjoy
