- Butter1/2 dessert spoon
- With a wire whisk, beat the eggs with the milk.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and strain the mixture and add the filling of your choice.
- In a square skillet greased with butter, place 1 ladle of the mixture over low heat and tilt the skillet to spread it all over the bottom.
- When it dries underneath, roll up the omelet and leave it in a corner of the skillet.
- Repeat the operation until the ingredients are used up, obtaining a large roll.
- Brown the roll on all sides, slice and serve. Enjoy your food
