- English potato or asterix1/2 kg
- American Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Shredded or shredded mozzarella cheese300 g
- Olive oil or vegetable oil to taste
- Cook the potatoes whole and peeled until they are Al dente. Remove from the cooking water, pour cold water and leave in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the broccoli and set aside
- Once cool, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. They can't overcook for that, if they don't turn into pasta. The al dente point is ideal.
- Grease a skillet with vegetable oil of your choice, heat it up and distribute a part of the grated coloatas bat until it covers the bottom of the skillet.
- Put the broccoli and cheese, follow with the other part of the potatoes covering the stuffing.
- With a spatula, loosen the edges of the potato from the bottom, noticing if it is frying.
- Flip to fry the top too, you can use a plate to help: slide the potato onto the plate exactly as it is in the pan, then place the pan on top of the plate and turn the potato back into the pan with the part for frying down
- Eat this delight alone or with a salad.
