- Peel the potatoes and grate on a medium grater. Then take a clean dish towel and remove the excess water from the potatoes, just like I show in the video!
- I cooked, seasoned and shredded 300 grams of chicken. Soon after I involved catupiry to make it very creamy.
- Take a medium skillet, add half of the potato, fill with the chicken, plus catupiry (optional) and the rest of the potato. Leave on average 5 to 6 minutes on each side and it's ready!
