- Margarine/butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Boiled Cassava200 g
- Shredded Pramesan Cheese50 g
- Shredded Salami2 cup
- Chopped chives1 cup
- Cream cheese4 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Egg and breadcrumbs for breading1 to taste
- Oil for frying1 to taste
- In a large saucepan, combine the milk, chicken broth, salt and margarine. Mix and heat over medium heat until boiling.
- When it boils, add the wheat flour all at once. Mix and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Turn it off and let it cool down.
- Meanwhile prepare the filling.
- In a container, place the salami, chives, cottage cheese and parsley. Mix well and set aside.
- Pour the reserved dough onto a surface greased with a thread of oil.
- Add the previously squeezed manioc and the grated cheese. Work the dough with your hands until smooth.
- Open dough potions in the palm of your hand and place the stuffing, shape the balls and pass through the egg and breadcrumbs. Fry the drumsticks in hot oil until they are golden.
