- Unleavened Wheat Flour4 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Oil/olive oil3 tablespoon
- Milk or warm water1 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Add all ingredients in a spacious container
- Mix everything until all the ingredients are together.
- Move the dough to a smooth place and start kneading, always adding wheat flour on the bench, knead the dough for 10 minutes until it is very smooth
- Let it rest with a cloth on top preferably in a stuffy place for at least 1 hour or more
- After the rest, just open and make the salty you prefer!
- If you are going to make pizza I recommend leaving it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes and if it is salty you can leave it for 30 minutes or until golden.
