- Cashew Nuts1 cup
- Almonds1/2 cup
- Sunflower seed1/2 cup
- Pumpkin seed1/3 cup
- Sesame seed1/3 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Dried fine herbs2 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Chop all nuts and seeds coarsely.
- In a pan, mix all the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 min (stirring occasionally) or until it starts to brown and release aroma.
- Let cool to consume and store.
