- Raw cashews50 g
- Raw Pumpkin Sit100 g
- Golden flaxseed50 g
- Sunflower Nugget50 g
- Whole and black sesame50 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Dried Rosemary1 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper and salt to taste
- In a large skillet, place the oil with the chestnuts, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- Over low heat, toast and stir constantly.
- When it starts to brown, add the flaxseeds and sesame.
- Add the seasonings, stir a little more to give a little more toast.
- Allow to cool and store in a well-sealed glass jar for up to 15 days.
