- Coarse flaked oats0.5 cup
- Pumpkin seeds0.25 cup
- Sunflower seeds0.25 cup
- Sliced almonds0.25 cup
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C
- Stir occasionally to toast evenly.
- Once everything is golden brown, let it cool and store in an airtight container.
- Use it on top of salads, omelets, bread or even as a snack.
