- Raw Pumpkin Seed100 g

- Flaxseed50 g
- Chia30 g
- Dried Onion3 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Seasonings to your liking: salt, turmeric, sweet paprika, dried parsley, rosemary, oregano, dried basil, lemon pepper... to taste
