- Ground beef500 g
- Boiled Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chopped Green Olives3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Baked pastry dough pack1 unit(s)
- Sauté the garlic and onion and cook the meat with a pinch of salt.
- When it's almost ready, add the olives, chopped eggs and black pepper. Let it cook with the lid closed (to get very wet).
- Meanwhile, grease a mold with flour, so the dough doesn't stick.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of the pastry dough. Fold into a half moon and close by squeezing the sides with a fork.
- Place the empanadas in the form, without touching the edges or each other.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until golden. It's worth taking a peek from time to time to see if it's on point.
