  • chicken breast1 kg
  • Garlic and Onion to taste
  • Olive oil100 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley or Cilantro to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive to taste
  • grated carrot1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract3 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise1/2 can(s)
  • Mashed Potato500 g
  1. Cook and shred the breast. In a pan add the oil, onion, garlic and let it fry. Add the shredded chicken, season with salt, saffron and black pepper to taste. Then add olives, cilantro or parsley and grated carrots. Mix well and let it fry. Then add the tomato paste and cream. Let it boil until it boils and turn off.
  2. Cook the potatoes to the point of puree. In a refractory place the potatoes, salt and butter to taste and love until you form a puree.
  3. In a shape put the bread without the crust until the bottom is closed, then add the stuffing making layers. Repeat the process until you reach the top of the form, take it to the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. When you take it out of the fridge, unmold it and spread a generous amount of mayonnaise around it, then use a pastry bag with the mashed potato to decorate it to your liking. You can also use grated carrots and olives for finishing.
