- Wheat flour1100 kg

- Salt1 tablespoon
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Ham8 to taste
- Mozzarella8 to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Ready-made tomato sauce to taste
- Add the warm milk to the bread yeast and mix well.
- Add sugar, eggs and salt and mix well.
- Add the sifted flour little by little and mix until you can't anymore.
- Knead the dough with your hands and if necessary add more 100 grams of flour or more.
- Open the dough and put the margarine and knead well. This step is necessary to moisten the dough.
- Divide the dough in two and let it rise in two bowls with a cloth on top.
- Leave in a warm place until the dough doubles in size.
- Take the dough and roll it out with the help of a rolling pin. Open it completely, because it will be made a salty.
- Add the sauce, ham and mozzarella.
- Also add oregano to taste.
- Close the dough thus forming a roll. Brush with yolk on top.
- Grease the form with oil and place the dough.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Once golden on top, it's ready.
