- Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Finely chop the wild onion and add it to the eggs.
- Grease a hot form with butter, place two slices of bread to bake for 1 minute over moderate heat. Then turn them over and bake on the other side for 1 minute over moderate heat.
- Place the finished slices on a plate and add 1 piece of cheese to each.
- Re-grease a hot pan with oil and place a round or square shape in the center, in which half the eggs with the onion are poured.
- Pre-grease the mold with oil so that the eggs do not stick. Add half of the ham over them.
- Bake on low heat for 4 minutes, then remove the form, turn the omelet over and bake on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Then we prepare two omelets, which we put on each slice of yellow cheese.
- Apply mayonnaise to the omelet, add lettuce and cherry tomatoes. Bake two more slices of bread, add 1 piece of cheese and cover the sandwiches.
