- Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 dessert spoon
- Minced garlic3 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Beat the ricotta in the microprocessor, add the garlic, parsley and oregano, beat again.
- Add the sardines, taking care to let the liquid drain out of the can and remove the inner column of thorns, beat again until uniform.
