- Water1 cup
- Milk120 ml
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Wheat flour150 g
- Mozzarella cheese5 unit(s)
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk3 tablespoon
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Bring water to boil, once it boils add the sausage and leave for 5 minutes,
- Drain and leave the sausage to dry,
- In another pan, add water, milk and margarine and place over medium heat,
- When the margarine melts, add the salt and seasonings,
- As soon as it boils, lower the heat and add the wheat flour,
- Now stir well until all the "lumps" disappear.
- Place the dough on a surface and let it cool slightly.
- When it is warm, knead the dough until it is smooth,
- Divide the dough into 4,
- Take the sausage and make a cut (not too deep),
- Roll up half a slice of mozzarella and place it in the cut we made in the sausage,
- Go back to the dough, take one of the 4 parts and roll it out with a rolling pin,
- Roll up the sausage and cut the dough into a size that fits the entire sausage,
- Mix the egg with the milk (add a little salt),
- Dip the sausage in egg with milk and breadcrumbs,
- Ready, now just fry and enjoy!!!!
