- Tuscan sausage400 g
- Wheat Flour1 cup

- Green Smell to taste

- Black Pepper to taste
- Panko Flour1 cup
- Bacon100 g
- Remove the skin from the sausage and pass through the food processor along with the bacon.
- Transfer to a bowl and add 1 egg, 1/2 cup of wheat flour, parsley, pepper and salt (can be dispensed with).
- Mix everything until you have a sticky dough.
- Oil your hand, take a portion with the help of a spoon and roll it into a ball.
- To coat, dip in the remaining half of the flour, then in two beaten eggs and finally in the panko flour.
- Tighten to secure and fry in hot oil.
- Tip: if you prefer, you can also put a square of cheese inside.
