- Asterix Potato300 g
- Salt0 to taste
- Soybean oil0 to taste
- Toothpicks0 to taste
- Cut the sausages into 3 pieces and set aside.
- Peel the potatoes and pass them on a mandolin or on a grater that is very thin and wash well to remove the starch, season with salt.
- Wrap each sausage piece in the potato slice and secure with a toothpick.
- Heat enough oil for deep frying - fry until golden brown and drain well and serve.
