- In a pan with water, bring the sausages to a boil. Then remove them from the pan, and with a paper towel we will dry them. Then put them in the freezer to cool.
- In another pan put the milk, water, margarine and salt to taste.
- When this mixture is boiling add the wheat and knead the dough with the help of a wooden spoon.
- Take this dough and place it on a marble bench, knead until the dough is very smooth.
- Take the sausages that were in the freezer.
- Take an amount of dough, open with the help of your hand and fit the sausage inside, Important not to have air inside.
- Model the curls and don't forget to close the cavities.
- With the shaped rolls, pass the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.
- Put oil in a pan and let it heat up well and take the rolls to fry.
- Remove from pan once golden. Place on a paper napkin and enjoy.
