- In a bowl, place the egg, sugar, warm milk, oil and yeast and stir, then add the dry ingredients, salt, sugar, flour, mix, knead the dough and let it rest for half an hour.
- After the dough has come to rest, open it with a rolling pin, cut the sausages into strips and roll it into the dough cut to the desired size, then brush with egg yolk, let it rest for 10 minutes and take it to the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
