- In the bowl, place the egg, sugar and oil, mix well and then add the yeast, warm water and salt.
- Mix a little more, finally add the wheat until you get the point, from 500 to 600 grams of wheat flour.
- Knead well, let the dough rest for 1 hour, then roll out the dough and make strips.
- Run hot water on the sausages and dry them with a paper towel, wrap it all up with the dough and then cut it in half, so the sausage will make two rolls.
- Let them rise until doubled in volume, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
