2 glasses of water Null: 2 glasses of milk Null: 1 tablet of beef broth Null: 100g of margarina Null: 1 tablespoon of salt Null: 1 beaten egg Null: 5 cups (tea) of wheat flour Null: Boiled sausage

Leve ao fogo em uma panela alta a água, o leite, o caldo de carne, a margarina e o sal até ferver.
Retire do fogo e acrescente a farinha de trigo e o ovo.
Leve ao fogo até desprender da panela.
Sove a massa.
Abra e recheie com a salsicha (você pode optar por colocar ela inteira ou em pedaços).
Enrole em forma de croquete. Passe no leite e na farinha de rosca.
Frite em óleo quente

Bring the water, milk, beef broth, margarine and salt to a boil in a high pot.
Remove from heat and add the flour and egg.
Bring to a boil until it comes off the pan.
Knead the dough.
Open and fill with sausage (you can choose to put it whole or in pieces).
Roll into a croquette shape. Dip in milk and breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil
