- 1. Put water in a pan and bring to a boil. 2. Wash the sausages and place in the pan. 3. Bring the sausages to a boil. 4. Once boiling you turn off the heat, place the sausages in a container to cool. 5. Roll out the pastry doughs. 6. With the sausages already cold, you take them and put them in the dough and roll them up. 7. Once you have rolled it up, you cut each roll into 4 parts. 8. Put the oil to heat. 9. The cut rolls you will stick a toothpick in each one so there is no danger of opening. 10. Now just put it to fry in oil not so hot so it doesn't burn. 11. Remove from the oil with the help of a slotted spoon and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels, Then just serve.
