- Wheat3 cup
- Organic Yeast5 g
- Warm water1 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon

- Place all the ingredients in a container. (But be careful not to let the yeast come into contact with the salt). Knead very well for about 15 minutes. Let it rest in the oven (off) for an hour or until it doubles in volume. Once the dough has risen, stretch it out with a rolling pin and roll the sausages in the dough. Grease a shape and place the rolls. Let it rest for another 15 minutes. Lightly beat an egg yolk and brush the rolls and sprinkle with oregano. Bake for about 15 minutes. Now just enjoy.
