Potato1 kg
sausage700 g
Ready-made sauce sachet1 unit(s)
Water100 ml
Milk powder3 tablespoon
Corn starch2 tablespoon
Cheese100 g
Egg1 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Parsley to taste
Oregano to taste

Cut the sausage into slices and cook for 5 minutes, set aside.
Cook the potatoes, let them cool.
Knead well, add the powdered milk, cornstarch, salt, pepper, parsley, add a little water, the egg, mix well until it becomes a smooth puree.
Take the sausage, put the sauce, a little salt, let it cook a little and put it in a refractory.
Put the puree on top, the cheese and the oregano. Place in the oven until the cheese melts.
