Chopped ham1/3 cup
Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
Sea salt to taste
Ground white pepper to taste
Olive oil1 dessert spoon

In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and add the ham. Fry for 2 minutes, stirring a few times to avoid burning.
Add the eggs and stir constantly over low heat, when it is almost cooked, add the curd, salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat, add the cheese and mix.
Serve with bread and toast.
