- Wheat flour10 tablespoon
- Refined sugar6 tablespoon
- Corn starch10 tablespoon
- Butter or margarine8 tablespoon
- Grated coconut (optional)5 tablespoon
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until smooth and form a ball.
- Roll up small balls and shape by pressing with a fork. You don't need to grease the pan as the butter used in the dough makes it not stick. Bake in a hot oven at 180° for 15 minutes, don't let it brown on top so it doesn't burn underneath.
- If you prefer with sweet, make balls, press in the middle and put pieces of guava.
