- Wheat flour140 g
- Corn starch75 g
- Sugar60 g
- Butter (unsalted)100 g
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Crystal sugar (for breading)100 g
- In a bowl, place the flour, cornstarch, butter (without salt), sugar and egg yolk.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Knead in your hands until the dough is all unglued in your hands.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape the cookies into a toothpick shape.
- Dip in sugar and place on the baking sheet leaving spaces between them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 20 or until golden.
