- Maizena (corn starch) to taste
- Dulce de leche to taste
- In a bowl, mix the sugar and butter, add the two yolks and mix until a homogeneous mass.
- The cornstarch (corn starch) you will add little by little until the dough is consistent.
- Butter your hand and make balls and place them in the greased and floured mold, try to make the balls the same size, then mash them with a fork (that's why it's important to put them apart in the mold and not too close together. Take it to the preheated oven until they get crispy on the outside (the inside is soft).
- Now just put the dulce de leche and together. It's a delight! You can even put milk on top.
