- Sesame seed1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Take two cups of whole wheat flour, one cup of sesame seeds, one teaspoon of salt, and mix these ingredients well.
- Add four tablespoons of olive oil, four eggs and mix well until the dough comes off your hand.
- Take the shape and cover with parchment paper, grease it with olive oil, and spread it out.
- Then, pour the dough into the form and open the dough in the form, using a glass to facilitate the distribution of the dough in the form.
- After the dough is opened, cut it into squares, and poke holes with a fork so that it bakes evenly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and pull the parchment paper to allow the cookie to cool outside the pan. With the dough still hot, separate the previously cut portions.
- Serve when they are cold. It can be accompanied by jelly, curd... It's wonderful, it's really worth making at home.
