- Filtered water3 cup
- Soak the sesame in water for 8 hours. After that time, throw the water out and wash the sesame in running water. Blend in a blender with 3 cups of filtered water. Strain using a white dish towel or voile. Molasses can be used if you want to sweeten it. To make a smoothie, blend the following ingredients in a blender after straining: 4 dwarf bananas, 1 tablespoon of cinnamon and molasses to taste to sweeten.
