  1. Place the egg and sugar in a bowl, mix well.
  2. Then add the milk, wheat flour and yeast. Mix until you form a very homogeneous and creamy mass.
  3. Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, turn the heat on low, and with a tablespoon take a portion of the dough and add it to the frying pan.
  4. Let bubbles form, and turn the other side to finish.
