Em um recipiente coloque o ovo e o açúcar, mexa bem

Place the egg and sugar in a bowl, mix well.

Depois adicione o leite, a farinha de trigo e o fermento. Misture até formar uma massa bem homogênea e cremosa.

Then add the milk, wheat flour and yeast. Mix until you form a very homogeneous and creamy mass.

Coloque um fio de óleo em uma frigideira, ligue o fogo baixo, e com uma colher de sopa pegue uma porção da massa e adicione na frigideira.

Put a drizzle of oil in a frying pan, turn the heat on low, and with a tablespoon take a portion of the dough and add it to the frying pan.

Deixe criar bolhinhas, e vire o outro lado pra concluir. 

Let bubbles form, and turn the other side to finish.
