- Corn starch500 g
- Butter with salt200 g
- Condensed milk395 g
- Melt the butter and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cornstarch with the condensed milk and the melted butter.
- Mix everything until you get a smooth and homogeneous mass that no longer sticks to your hand.
- Grease a mold with butter and set aside.
- Take the dough and make several balls. Distribute in the greased form leaving space between them, because it will still grow and if you prefer, give a light knead in the balls to mark them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes and watch as they begin to brown slightly. Remove from the oven and they are ready.
- This measurement is enough for two or three batches, depending on the size of the cookies.
