- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Butter75 g
- Vanilla Essence1 teaspoon
- In a bowl place all the ingredients and stir. When it starts to thicken, put your hand in the dough and keep mixing with your hands, until it becomes a "dough".
- Then make balls with your hands, on top of the ball, knead a little with the tip of the fork just to give the cookie a shape.
- Place them in a shape with a space of 4 to 5 cm from one cookie to the other. (No need to grease the mold)
- Leave in the oven for 10 minutes or until it starts to turn golden on the bottom. NOTE: When you take them out of the oven before moving the cookies, let them cool, when they are hot they are still soft and can break.
