- Cooked, Seasoned and Shredded Chicken500 g
- Wheat Flour1 cup
- Cream Cheese5 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 coffee spoon
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil of your choice1 cup
- Cook the chicken (I used sassami fillet) with beaten seasoning (garlic, onion and salt), let it cool, remove excess water and shred while still warm;
- Mix with curd and add more salt if necessary;
- Take pieces of mozzarella (I used sliced, rolled and cut smaller rolls) and stuffed small amounts into the chicken;
- Make balls carefully so that the stuffing is right in the middle, take it to the freezer for approximately 1 hour;
- Remove from freezer and roll in flour seasoned with paprika, herbs, salt and baking powder.
- Fry in hot oil and let it brown;
- Remove excess oil on a plate with a paper napkin;
- Serve with your favorite sauce. I served it with barbecue sauce.
