- Pastry dough400 g
- Shrimp peeled and cleaned400 g
- Culinary cottage cheese150 g
- Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
- Milk200 ml
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Salt and Pepper0 to taste
- Oil for frying0 to taste
- Heat the olive oil and sauté the shrimp - already season with salt and pepper. As soon as it changes color, add the cottage cheese.
- Dissolve the flour in the milk and add little by little stirring non-stop - until it thickens and becomes very creamy. Remove from heat and set aside.
- With the cold shrimp - stuff the pastel masses.
- Then fry in hot oil by immersion or grease with olive oil and bake in the airfreyr. Serve warm.
