- Green/Yellow Dye to taste
- Place the egg whites and sugar in a mixer, mix a little with a spoon. Beat until it is firm and shiny.
- Divide the meringue in two to place the yellow and green dye. Then put the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a cherry tip.
- Model the sigh in a form with butter paper and bake over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Tip: you can also place a wooden spoon on the oven door to keep the oven from getting too hot.
