- Sugar (I used 1 and 1/2 cup)360 g

- Oil1/2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Very ripe banana, roughly mashed4 unit(s)
- Cake Yeast1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Beat very much by hand, with a fowe: sugar, vanilla essence, salt, oil and eggs. Beat until it forms a lighter cream!
- After beating well, for about 5 minutes, add the wheat flour and water and beat until well blended!
- Add the banana, mix a little more and finally add the yeast! Stir just until it mixes and disappears into the dough!
- Pour into a round mold with a hole in the middle, greased with oil and sprinkled with wheat flour and bake in the oven at medium temperature for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean!
- * cup measure: 240ml *TIP: Beat the first part of the recipe very well, so that everything is homogeneous! If you want, you can make this recipe in the blender!
