- I do it by hitting my hand with a fouet. Grease a medium shape with margarine and flour. Pre heat the oven to 180°.
- Beat the sugar and eggs first and add the other ingredients one by one, leaving the flour and yeast last.
- This recipe can be very versatile for an afternoon coffee cake! You can divide the dough and add chocolate powder in one part and make a mixed cake. You can add granulated chocolate to the dough and make a tingling cake.
- In this case, I put chocolate chips and made tingling
- Pour in the shape and take it to the oven for approximately 30/35min until golden on top and completely baked.
- It's great with coffee!
