- Start by preparing the simple coxinha dough: first, heat a pan with the milk, butter and the Knnor broth tablet.
- When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the salt and wheat flour all at once. Stir immediately with a wooden spoon, mixing and kneading well until the coxinha dough starts to come away from the bottom of the pan.
- transfer the coxinha dough to the clean countertop sprinkled with flour and set aside until lukewarm. Then knead and knead the simple coxinha dough with your hands until it is smooth and homogeneous.
- Heat the oil, chopped onion and tomatoes in a pan on low heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes...

- Involve the drumsticks in milk and then roll in breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and, when it is hot, add 4 drumsticks and fry until golden on all sides.
