- kibbeh flour250 g
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Ground beef500 g
- Water250 g
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- Large chopped onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)3 unit(s)
- Mint mint1/2 unit(s)
- Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Sugar1 coffee spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Apple green smell1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste to taste
- Boil the water with the meat tablet
- Then pour the wheat flour into this water, stir a little and leave it aside to hydrate, while preparing the other ingredients.
- Mix the onion, garlic and mint with green smell in the blender.
- Then in the water with the kibe flour, add the ground meat, the blender mixture and the other condiments. At this point, you can add a little more flour, in case for some reason it doesn't reach the point
- Mix well and set aside for two hours in the fridge.
- After this period, make balls with the dough, pressing the ends to form the kibe.
- Fry in hot oil at 180°C on both sides until golden.
- There is also the option for you to bake and the option to even eat it raw.
- Serve with lemon and a chili sauce or your favorite!
