Reúna todos os ingredientes;

Em uma panela, refogue o tomate e a cebola no azeite;

Adicione o molho de tomate, as salsichas, misture e deixe refogar por 5 minutos;

Em um refratário, faça uma camada de molho de salsicha, e, por cima, uma de pão;

Faça mais uma camada de molho de salsicha, acrescente o requeijão, e, depois, faça uma última camada de pão,

Salpique muçarela por cima da última camada de pão e asse o cachorro-quente em forno pré-aquecido a 180º graus por cerca de 15 minutos,


Fique à vontade para incrementar seu molho de salsicha com azeitonas, milho, ervilhas, temperos e o que mais te agradar. E para dar um toque especial ao seu cachorro-quente, sirva-o com batata palha. Bom apetite!

Gather all the ingredients;

In a refractory, make a layer of sausage sauce, and, on top, a layer of bread;

Make another layer of sausage sauce, add the curd, and then make a last layer of bread,

Sprinkle mozzarella over the last layer of bread and bake the hot dog in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes,
