- Coconut oil4 tablespoon
- Coconut sugar or other sweetener of your choice2 tablespoon
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Oilseeds (cashews, walnuts, almonds) crushed1/2 cup
- Chia seed1 tablespoon
- Sesame2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder1/2 teaspoon
- 70% chocolate chips (optional)1/4 cup
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the coconut oil and sugar and stir. Then, add the other ingredients.
- Mix everything and keep stirring for approximately 5 minutes or until you notice that the oats are dry.
- Turn off the fire. Wait for the granola to cool completely.
- Add the chocolate chips and store in a jar with a lid.
