- chia seeds1 teaspoon
- 70% or 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- cinnamon powder1 teaspoon
- Raisins (white or black)2 tablespoon
- Hot skim or plant-based milk200 ml
- mashed banana - dwarf or silver1 unit(s)
- chopped walnuts or chestnuts (optional)2 tablespoon
- 60% chopped chocolate (optional)1 tablespoon
- ROOF: 60g of 60% melted chocolate Chestnuts and chopped walnuts (or granola, chopped chocolate, coconut...) PREPARATION: In a bowl, place the oats, chia seeds, cocoa, cinnamon and raisins, mix well then add the hot milk, mix well and let it rest for about 10 minutes. Mash the banana and mix it into the already hydrated oatmeal. Add the chopped chocolate and walnuts. Stir well and divide into small bowls, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or for 6 hours. Prepare the frosting melt the chocolate every 30 seconds in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Remove the oatmeal from the fridge, which should be firm. Cover with melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. You can eat right away, but if you prefer the firmer coverage, take it back to the fridge for about 15 to 20 minutes.
