- Feta cheese100 g
- In a non-stick frying pan (no fat), brown the tortillas on both sides.
- For each of the wraps, place the amount of watercress you want in the center. Then add the smoked salmon (50 g per person) and finish with feta cheese (50 g per person).
- Tip: before serving, drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
