- in a bowl place all the ingredients except the flour and the yeast, give a light mix to incorporate and gradually add the flour, at the beginning, stir with the help of a spoon and when you can't handle it anymore you can put your hand in the dough..
- put the yeast and give it a good mix with your hands until the dough is very smooth and doesn't stick to your hands anymore!.
- with the help of a scale, portion all this mass with 50G.
- To model, open a cord with the dough of approximately 30 cm, join the two ends and roll up to form the spiral. Place all the donuts on a form dusted with wheat flour. Book until you make it with all the dough!
- Before taking it to bake, brush over the yolk/milk mixture. And take it to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until it's very brown!
