- milk100 ml
- sugar5 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- water400 ml
- cinnamon powder1 to taste
- put 200 ml of water on the fire, and mix the cornmeal with the remaining 200 ml of water, then add the cornmeal with the heated water.
- Add the coconut milk, grated coconut, sugar and salt. Stir over low heat until it has a creamy consistency.
- serve with cinnamon on top. The secret is not to put the dry cornmeal, but diluted in water.
